Terms and conditions

1. Access:
   A Studio Manager will open and close the studio for you at the start and end of your booking date/time.
2. Cleanliness:
   Please leave the studio in the same clean and orderly condition as you found it. Remove all personal items and dispose of any trash properly.
3. Damage Clause:
   The Renter is responsible for any damage caused to the studio or its contents during your rental period. This includes but is not limited to equipment, furnishings, and facilities.
4. Included in your Rental:
   Fridge, Stands, Shelving, Foldable chairs and tables, Backdrops
5. Post-Session Contact:
   After your session is completed and you have left the premises, please contact the Studio Manager to confirm the condition of the studio. You are expected to return the studio to the condition it was found in, break down and sanitize any tables or chair you used.
6. Damage Reporting:
   Any damage to the studio or its contents must be reported immediately. Failure to report damage promptly may result in additional fees.
7. Cancellation:
   You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 30 days before your scheduled date for a full refund. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 30 days of the booking date are non-refundable.
8. Disputes:
   Any disputes regarding the usage of the space will be brought forward to Strast Media in a timely manner. In the event that either party does not or cannot agree, then a dispute will be handled by external arbitration and cannot be appealed once a decision is made.
9. These terms and conditions are in place to maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all guests at The Grove Studio. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you in your creative endeavours.
