Exception – Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly offer a replacement for the same item, subject to availability.
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
- Exchanges will only be issued for items deemed damaged in transit—not due to wear, misuse, or handling after delivery.
